Acadia Healthcare’s Comprehensive Treatment Center Division is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join their team. Under the guidance of the Director of Contracting, this position is responsible for contracting the Comprehensive Treatment Centers with all third party payors including Commercial, Managed Medicaid, County Medicaid, and VA payors. This position is responsible for the life cycle of the contract including contract negotiations, implementation, analysis, and reporting to impacted parties.

Your Responsibilities as a Contract Specialist:
- Lead contract discussions with managed care organizations, including rate and language negotiations in accordance with established guidelines.
- Serve as the expert on terms of the payer contract for reporting to impacted internal and external parties.
- Implement executed contracts, communicates contract changes as necessary, reviews contract performance, and makes appropriate recommendations.
- Assist the Credentialing department to ensure that proper documentation is included with new contracts.
- Work with management to facilitate problem solving of escalated contractual and/or reimbursement issues through collaboration with managed care organizations and internal stakeholders.
