This position will work directly with the CTC Group's grant team to research, draft and submit proposals.   Your Responsibilities as a Grant and Proposal Writer:  - Cultivate strategic partnerships/relationships to support grant acquisitions and for advancing organizational programmatic priorities. - Engage, cultivate and manage all relationships with external partners. - Work with Regional Vice Presidents and Regional Directors to establish relationships with local agencies, such as Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and other community partners. - Supports the senior leadership team, RD’s, and staff to make consistent and progressive steps toward improving the grant portfolio. - Speaks and writes clearly. Has the ability to deliver information in a concise and direct manner regardless of the nature of the subject matter. - Articulates the goals, objectives and decisions in logical and understandable formats; lets people know where they stand and open to feedback from peers and senior management - As a voice/advocate of Medication Assisted Treatment, the Lead Grant Witer will have strong written and verbal communication skills. She or he will be a persuasive, credible, and polished communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills. This position will sit in either Franklin, TN, Providence, RI, or at one of our CTC Clinics.   Our Benefits: - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Acadia Healthcare 401(k) plan - Paid vacation and sick time - Opportunity for growth that is second to none in the industry  Your Job as a Regional Patient Account Representative: The Regional Patient Account Representative will monitor patient balances to ensure compliance with group policies and provide information and direction to clinic staff regarding patient financial obligations.    Your Responsibilities as a Regional Patient Account Representative: - Answer clinic questions regarding patient accounts (co-pay, co-insurance, deductibles, etc.) - Serve as an escalation point for patient financial questions or concerns. - Ensure that information is communicated accurately and timely between clinic staff and the region’s centralized billing office. - Review whether assigned clinics are securing patient payments on a timely basis. - Negotiate and secure payment on aged balances. Propose discounts when appropriate.  - Complete Self-Pay adjustment form and submit for approval, see SOP. - Monitor compliance with authorization and referral requirements. - Identify and propose opportunities to increase collection rates and enhance patient understanding and awareness of their financial benefits and obligations. - Monitor and report key metrics. - Audit patient accounts for completeness and accuracy (i.e., signed financial consent(s), Insurance Verification Form (IVF), authorization, Insurance card (front/back), driver’s license, etc.).
