Escondido Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in Escondido, CA, is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the nation. Our counseling team provides compassionate, high-quality counseling and therapy to patients that are seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.
Your Role as Clinical Supervisor:
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a clinical team in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) environment. You will maintain standards of professional counseling practice in accordance with clinic policies and procedures. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for directing care of patients, facilitating work flows, and serves as a resource for staff and providing team leadership.
Role Responsibilities:
Compensation for roles at Escondido CTC varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Escondido CTC provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California as set forth below.
Role Location: California
Calculated Salary Range for role: $76,960.00 - $82,300.00 per year.

Required Experience & Skills:
Collaborative Approach: Works effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including medical providers and administrative staff.
Cultural Competence: Sensitive to diverse populations and capable of supervising within a trauma-informed framework.
Compliance-Oriented: Strong understanding of HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and relevant state/federal regulations.
Ethical Integrity: Upholds ethical standards in clinical supervision and client care.
