- This role will require travel to all 5 CTC clinics in Georgia

Our Team:
Dallas, Cartersville, Cumming, Woodstock, and Loganville Comprehensive Treatment Centers (CTCs), are members of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, the leader in providing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). Your Role as Regional Grant Program Manager:
This position is funded purely by grant funds and is responsible to plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the facility's grant programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide management and oversight for the facility grant program(s) by contributing to the development and implementation of grant program goals and objectives and ensuring adherence to the grant program budgets by effectively managing expenses, resources, and equipment.
- Coordinate directly with the Clinic Director to ensure facility adheres to grant requirements, patient case loads, services and budgets.
- Coordinate with finance department on projections and data analytics.
- Coordinate with accounts payable to ensure prompt payment of invoices related to grant spending.
- Coordinate with billing to ensure appropriate billing and reconciliation of charges at the patient level.
- Ensure that all contract deliverables are maintained and produced in accordance with established grant timelines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operating policies and procedures for the grant program including participant eligibility/involvement, program requirements, and benefits; ensuring that procedures and workflows are consistent with organizational objectives, treatment protocols, regulations, and standards of care; and that grant operations conform to established environmental, safety, and infection control requirements.
- Measure grant program performance to goals and objectives and report outcomes for assigned areas of responsibility, at least monthly.
- Continually identify opportunities to improve grant program efficiency, coordinated care delivery, work flow, scheduling, registration, discharge and billing processes for the patients receiving grant funded services, according to facility / clinic procedure.
- Provide staff management to include hiring, scheduling, development, training, and performance management of assigned staff to ensure effective and efficient grant program operation.
- Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations that ensure quality care and outcomes for patients participating in the grant program.
- May provide direction to counselors, clinical staff or other facility / clinic staff involved in the delivery of services through the grant program in partnership with the Clinic Director.
- Serve as liaison and provide consultation with other staff on related issues, regulations, and standards pertaining to the grant program.
- Responsible for an assigned caseload, if applicable to the grant program.
- Audit charts and records for patients receiving grant funded services.
- Arrange and participate in outreach and marketing events.
- Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards patients, and internal and external customers, at all times. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
- Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
This position is funded through a grant and is contingent upon continued grant funding. Employment in this role is subject to the terms and conditions of the grant, and the position may be modified or discontinued based on funding availability. While we strive for long-term stability, candidates should be aware that grant-funded positions are subject to renewal and continuation of funding.
