Seeking: Regional Office Grant Manager 

 

Full-Time Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Work Setting:

  • This is a hybrid/onsite position, working three days per week at the nearest CTC location to you.
  • We have a total of 14 CTC clinic locations across the state of North Carolina.

Winston-Salem Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in Winston-Salem, NC, is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the nation. Our mission is to provide full-circle care that includes a blend of therapies and the use of safe and effective medications. Our team is the front line of our fight against the opiate epidemic. We have a total of 14 CTC clinic locations in the state of North Carolina.

 

Your Role as Regional Office Grant Manager:

The Regional Office Grant Manager will play a vital role in coordinating office operations, managing opioid settlement and justice grant funding, and ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements. The Regional Office Grant Manager will supervise administrative support staff, oversee the financial tracking and reporting of $1M+ in grant funding, and support clinics across North Carolina in enhancing patient care and operational efficiency. You’ll also lead training initiatives for new administrative staff, assist with prior authorizations as needed, and manage patient satisfaction surveys to help improve service quality across the region.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Management of Opioid Settlement Funding (Approx. 1.03M+) 
    • Monitor and track spending across six opioid settlement grants and one justice grant. 
    • Ensure compliance with grant guidelines and financial requirements. 
    • Coordinate and manage the allocation of funds to meet both operational and strategic goals of the clinics. 
  • Data and Financial Reporting 
    • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly data and financial reports for all six opioid settlement grants and the justice grant. 
    • Maintain accurate records of grant disbursements and expenditures. 
    • Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure all reporting requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • Soliciting Patient Satisfaction Surveys 
    • Organize and manage the distribution of patient satisfaction surveys for all clinics in North Carolina. 
    • Analyze feedback to enhance service quality and ensure clinics meet the needs of the communities they serve. 
  • Support with Prior Authorizations (as needed) 
    • Assist clinics as needed with prior authorizations, ensuring patients have access to the necessary treatments and medications. 
  • Staff Training & Development 
    • Train new administrative staff across all current and upcoming facilities. 
    • Ensure staff are proficient in clinic procedures, financial management systems, and compliance with opioid settlement and grant-related regulations. 
    • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Your Education, Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years secretarial or administrative experience required; prefer experience in a healthcare setting
  • One year of supervisory experience required
  • Knowledge of administrative processes and systems such as word processing and spreadsheet software, file maintenance, and patient records
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information
