Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program

 

Seeking: Case Manager - Targeted Case Manager or TCADC Certification Required.

 

Part Time Hours: Early morning hours offering a great work/life balance:

  • Monday - Friday: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Occasional Saturday mornings: 7 AM - 9:30 AM

Shelbyville Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) located in Shelbyville, KY, is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the nation. Our clinical team provides compassionate, high-quality counseling and therapy to patients that are seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.

 

Your Job as a Case Manager:

The Case Manager is a clinical professional who manages the patients' cases with a solid background of clinical knowledge and expertise and may be responsible for providing some therapeutic services to patients. The Case Manager provides quality care through developing, implementing, managing and evaluating patient care plans. 

 

Your Responsibilities as a Case Manager:

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, managing and evaluating patient care plans;
  • Collect clinical data, correlate this clinical data and provide clinical input to the treatment team;
  • Accurately convey medical criteria and clinical information between the insurance provider and treatment team as warranted;
  • Correlate clinical data for the business office as required. 

Qualifications

Your Education, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related Human Service field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in behavioral health setting. Experience with the population served by the clinic preferred.
  • Previous experience in case management and/or utilization review preferred.

Licenses/Certifications: 

  • TCM (Targeted Case Manager) certification 
  • TCADC (Temporary Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor)
  • Can be obtained within 30 days of starting
