Your Job as Grant Program Manager:

The Grant Program Manager will coordinate all activities of the administration and project management functions of post-award grant implementation. The Grant Program Manager ensures compliance with internal and external post-award policies, regulations and guidelines. Establishes and maintains productive working relationships with internal clients, external funders, and collaborators within the Comprehensive Treatment Center(CTC) Group achieve its vision to provide high quality treatment services. 

 

Calculated Salary Range for role: $62,400.00 

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage, cultivate, and manage all relationships of the administration and project management function of the post-award of the grant implementation with external partners and CTC Leadership.
  • Monitor and track grant award compliance to ensure all requirements are met, including services provided, periodic reports submitted on time, and renewal applications meeting deadlines.
  • Develop a standardized grant implementation workflow to include operational benchmarks and timelines in partnership with the Director of Grant Management.
  • Grant product inventory control to include purchasing, disbursement, invoicing and
  • Develop the necessary systems and processes to effectively communicate with all internal team
  • Develop and implement evaluation plans to ensure programming success and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Develop and implement educational and communication campaigns/programs.
  • Ensure compliance: Ensure that all documented cost sharing is reported to the sponsor and that agency rules and regulations are followed.
  • Coordinates site visits and assists with preparation.
  • Assists with the development of corrective action plans to address deficiencies identified through site visits, audits and/or other monitoring activities.
  • Ensures all administrative records pertinent to grant-related programs and system-wide policies are maintained
  • Prepares documents, negotiates amendments and provides necessary reporting.

Qualifications

Your Education, Skills, & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
  • Experience in post-award grant management and related activities required (preferably for healthcare providers)
